myfuroshiki is a woman from England, UK

Hello, my name is Mich and my sister Olivia and I form myfuroshiki. I live in Yorkshire whilst Olivia is sunning herself in Perth, Western Australia.

Together we design and make fabric squares, "furoshiki", which can be used and re-used as gift wraps, bags etc, and accessories for them. Very simple by themselves, but so much more in combination. I'm really taken by the idea of helping to spread the use of furoshiki as things which are beautiful in their own right, multi-purpose and environmentally sound.
