Another classic do and don't from Vice! This one from my hometown!

Awesome song! This is probably the song that landed Gorki Aguila in Cuban jail, basically, for insulting Fidel Castro. Another brilliant song by dissident punk rock band Porno Para Ricardo. Enjoy the video it takes about 40 seconds to start. I crack up every time.

I'd never even read this Zinn quote before. And not on an image like this. This is awesome and will become my new wallpaper.

The blog of Claudia Cadelo, a Cuban blogger who blogs about her life in this virtual prison of an island. She also writes for Global Voices Onlines and VocesCubanas.com the new web portal by Yoani Sanchez. One of the best, if not the best, blog coming out of Cuba right now.

I had the opportunity to interview her twice and I was extremely impressed at her composure, her levelheadedness and her willingness to fight for freedom of speech and thought. It is translated into English, French and Portuguese from the original Spanish by a team of volunteers.
