I created this web site in order to make it easier to both find high yield monthly dividend stocks etfs cefs reits funds trusts and other securities, and identify which ones were good buys relative to historical numbers. After having difficulty finding monthly dividend payers and spending hours and hours compiling data in order to make buying decisions, I decided to automate the tasks and make make the tools I created available to the internet public.
