I love God with all of my heart, and He and my family and friends are the most valued treasures in my life, even though my actions and words often scream otherwise.

When I struggle with greedy materialism, skewed decisions, and hopeless aimlessness, it is comforting that my Lord and Savior watches over me and protects me. I thank God that He never abandons me, even though I have turned my back on Him countless times. To know God intimately is indeed a powerful thing--including the humbling knowledge that He died so that I can live and that there is nothing I have done, can do, or will do to deserve it.
