Worst airline EVER. We purchased insurance on two round-trip tickets so that we could change our date for the return flight as needed. I call to delay our departure and am told that we will be charged a $150 change fee...which was twice the "value" of our return flight. So, in essence, the insurance I paid for was apparently absolutely useless and it would be cheaper for me to just cancel the flight and apply my remaining "value" to a future ticket purchase or to just not take the return flight that I ALREADY PAID FOR and chalk it up to a loss. Seriously? I'll take the loss and NEVER get a flight from them again. No wonder airlines have terrible reputations.
