Some lesser known but somewhat aggressive tactics to use in a busy gym. Still polite but being in a busy gym myself, if you do not make a move, you will be waiting forever, lose your place and waste more time frustrated that working out. My favorite is to simply ask to work in with the person. Works 99% of the time and I do not have to leave my junk around the gym.

While I can appreciate this study, I don't believe that most people are clueless. I do think it's easier to live life in somewhat of a state of denial. Could you extrapolate that 10% of people are clueless about their own body image? I don't think so. You might argue 1 in 10 people would rather not think about it as they are far past frustrated and lack the motivation to make the necessary changes. I'm just not a believer that so many people are out of touch with themselves.

The U.S. is on a very bad path with high obesity. What can we do to stop this. I'm sorry for this man's family and friends. I'm sure there is more to this story than a statistic.

Question: If CA pays that much in tax, why are we facing yet again, a $21 billion dollar deficit? We need this person to make another graphic showing where these taxes go. More of a "How Professionals" get cut for various competitions, etc. None of the examples are anything I would use or even pass along to people who want to get cut. But... it's some serious research and probably gives away a lot of trade secrets. If you are a pro, you probably know this. If not, there's slower healthier ways to cut. Although I don't think that is the point of the article. Double thumbs up for research.
