Note, spoiler follows... Click each cactus nub four times waiting between clicks. They will become green balls.
Click on the left dropped green ball.
The beasty whatever thing will go to eat it and another one.
Click twice on the rope behind the girl.
Click on the tree nubs next to the girl in green.
Keep going up until she crosses the thick branch.
Click on the ball next to the fox.
Then you click on the ferns in front of the tree to reveal a tree hollow.
Click on the hollow and she'll go through it.
Click on the first tall daisy then click the frog and then when the dragon fly lifts off, click that daisy for her to jump on (you have to time that one right).
Then click on one of the blades of grass.
The green thing with holes, click on the far right one until green bubble come out.
A fish will swallow the bubbles, then the octopus will eat the fish and get sick, lifting off of the sub.
Click the top of the sub, then once they're inside, click on far right window.
Click the middle, then left, then right sticks.
