A group of people walk around holding a sign that says "FREE HUGS". It seems like such a simple idea, but I think it's very heart-warming. I really want to make my own sign, and try and offer free hugs. I live in a building with around 40 floors, in the heart of the city. And you'd think that because I had so many neighbors, I'd have a lot of buddies right? NOPE. They're the coldest group of people I've ever come across. I don't know if its because they're always tired from work, since they all seem really busy. Or is the overpowering presence of concrete and cement, the only type of energy they absorb, since there isn't anything else around us besides buildings, and parking lots. Anyways, if the surroundings aren't helping maybe I can.

What the pope is proposing is illegal! And will make America fail terribly. I mean look at the Philippines. Over here members of the diocese interfere with matters of the nation even when there is a law that clearly bans the church from doing so. And the church interfering with our laws doesn't make us better people, we're actually very corrupt, and have a very high crime rate. The Philippines calling our selves a Catholic nation holds no regard to the word Christ-like/Christian, we act nothing like Christ.
The pope cannot ban abortion, and divorce, that would take away the people's rights to decide, and isn't America supposed to be the land of the free? So the church isn't allowed to take that away from them. --"SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE" -they made that law for a good reason.
