Helpful tips when taken to heart and acted out with genuine intention!
Silly, sexy, irreverent name "decoder". Nothing groundbreaking, but something a little fun to pass the time with.
After posting the other scrumptious baking blog info, I thought of those who either by choice or by necessity (maybe both) who need something yummy and vegan. Here it is...
This blog is full of deliscious looking cup cakes. I haven't tried em yet, but my mouth is watering!

Interesting summary of a new book based on the neuroscience of social interactions/relationships. How our brains are basically a "wifi" for interpersonal communications! Sounds like interesting book/concept.
A great resource for those who are providing services and those who are recieving health services in relationship to chronic, and other forms of pain disorders. Learn, share, help, grow!
Great Feng Shui Resource!
My friend is working on this moving picture project. This is an open forum to dialogue with her regarding the work.

Living with chronic illness, chronic pain; a store and a meeting place to share stories, and become informed. Living with RSDS, aka CRPRS and usually "looking great" the one thing I am never ceased to be amazed by is the lack of compassion, lack of care to learn about my illness when there is a cornucopia of info out there. Granted it is rare: and some info isn't as good as others...but I guarantee you will change someone you know life if they suffer chronically with a gift from here, or just learning and understanding them in a new light! The greatest of all is compassion, non judgment, asserting your interest by learning, and surprising your family member or friend with one or all! This is an uplifting safe space with great opportunities of many kinds! KIND BEING THE KEY WORD HERE! INFORM, SHARE, SUPPORT, LEARN, LOVE, STRENGTH, LIVE, SUFFER, ILLNESS DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE NOT WHOLE! What a great comunity...I hope to bring into this forum, because those of us who "don't look ill" know just how frustrating that is! So great to find others whom to relate with and AFFIRM to others that just because we look great doesn't mean we feel great. Our society needs a fine tuning, and your tuning in now! Hope it helps you or someone you care about! Or just opens your eyes, and deepens your compassion in general. The next time the person with the "handicap" placard steps out of the car, and looks great, young, vibrant...or whatever: remember this info!
