Iâ€m not sure where it occurred, but apparently in the middle of the night a manhole erupts gushing millions of gallons of water onto the highway. If you look closely youâ€ll see that the cover is about the size of a small car, and it looks like a truck runs into it and becomes disabled in the middle of the massive geyser blasting from the street."
