Great post, however, there are still people how genuinely THINK they're doing it for the money, when they're really doing it for the feeling of the stature/success other people give them when they have a lot of it. Feelings are free, good or bad, you don't pay to actually feel the feeling. Going deeper, it's not very smart to live by our feelings, we're let down, thinks break, people die---- when feelings dictate action you might as well pitch a tent on The Texas Cyclone. The question is, what is, at your core the fundamental of your existence? Why are you here and what good are you to the world? Once you find the answer, lack of money nor bad feelings have a negative impact. It's just an opportunity to learn how to apply it in todays broken world and help another find the joy you've found -- that's why non-profits exist, to give people a place to give. "Giving" feels good. Want a way to change the world? Start giving for a living -- time, talent or treasure.
