I know I have thumbed this before at some point, but I just have to again. The photos are so amazing, and the idea of a place to post your work and have it reviewed by peers with suggestion for improvement, or just motivation is so utterly cool.
At the same time, the quality level of the challenge winners is so wonderfully high, it makes me want to throw my camera against the wall in frustration. Aaaah. A chance to learn humility.
