Inane, this compares criminal penalties to civil penalties. Additionally, for all of the listed crimes the victims can subsequently sue you in civil court for additional damages.

The graphic is well done, but the author picked a pretty misleading number for the financial crisis number. A huge portion of the amount he listed is in the form of loans, not money that's actually been spent.

I won't give it a thumbs up because their service is a little spotty, but it's an order of magnitude better than browsershots (not to mention theit core product is email testing which browsershots doesn't even offer).

By far the best option I've seen if you're building reasonably complex HTML emails.
