" Union st. has a new top chef and it's worth making a fuss about. Chef Andy Kitko has truly done some amazing things in the kitchen that don't cost a hundred per person to enjoy. Angela and I were treated to a preview of the menu, and it's really out of this world. I started off with the grilled day boat scallops with the tomato jam and lime mousseline, next I ordered the stuffed zucchini blossoms with crab & ricotta and the grilled corn with lime butter, again every dish was totally amazing. My entree was the cedar creek hanger steak with bone in, it had a totally out of this world watercress-potato puree on the side, overall the steak was very flavorful, however this cut of beef was not as tender as expect, next time, I'll order the NON-bone in version, they cute the steak for you "photo below". Listed as mediterranean, it seems more like California fusion. Overall a fantastic experience be ready to enjoy something delicious and unique, I can't wait to go back.
