I like the concept but it's going to get people who eat meat all fired up (maybe that's a good thing). I have a hard time telling people what the ySHOULD eat, nobody wants to hear what they should do. Instead, I think if we bring awareness to our health levels, energy levels and ask "how do I feel?" after each meal, we can make our own decisions on whats best for us. -

The owner of this site is the only "documented" case of someone who has overcome type 1 diabetes (juvenile). This site is about foraging and raw food. He provides hikes that teach about wild-edibles and I think this is a big trend, lots of people are starting to head towards a more simple, minimalist lifestyle. -

Spent some time at the center in India and was floored by the level of performance displayed by the residents there. They are active and extremely balanced and joyful up to 20 hours per day. This website talks about the technology of inner well being. Life changing stuff....for me at least :) -

Tough topic, but a fun one to discuss. I think it should come down to how you feel. After each meal, ask yourself "do I feel vibrant and full of life or do I feel sluggish and tired". The taste buds may lie during the meal but the body never lies upon completion :) -

Almost went there with the dream of fighting a professional( washed up, I hoped) within 4-6 weeks of my first day of training. Didn't happen and I'm thankful, I probably would have been killed :)
