Jubie is a 49 year old woman from Boulder, CO, USA

I've lived and traveled abroad throughout my lifetime. On some of my adventures, I have planted gardens. I am an avid vegetarian and supporter of farmers markets. I have a goal of eating and encouraging others to eat organic foods, give back to the earth and stay healthy. I love dogs and goats. My dream is to raise Nigerian Dwarf Goats for dairy, creams and soaps along with growing my biointensive garden in Costa Rica when I retire.
