Basically I love great stories and characters. Always have. So - the passion behind my writing, speaking, producing, business, and life is great characters and great storytelling.

I currently work with the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore as the Associate Director of Marketing & Public Relations. Most of my time is spent implementing social media business strategies to increase the Zoo's marketing efforts outside traditional advertising.
I've produced MarylandZoo.TV - I manage the Zoo Twitter feed (@marylandzoo) and the Zoo Facebook Fan Page along with a host of other marketing and PR campaigns online and off.

I am also the Founding Director of Folk Media LLC, a new media production studio developing original online content for the digital age. We specialize in helping businesses and professionals produce, distribute, and promote online social media.
