South Park and uber conservative Ben Stein now have something in common (besides the fact they both had air time on the same station at some point). I think people are again mistaking "Freedom of Speech" with "corporate interests". Newspapers are businesses. News stations and entertainment channels are businesses. Like it or not, businesses traditionally do what is good for business. The creators of South Park still have complete freedom of speech - Comedy Central did not take that away from them by censoring an episode of South Park. Their rights have not be trampled, our forefathers are not rolling in their graves. Corporate America is not the guardian of Free Speech. If SP creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone were so passionate about portraying Mohammed in some obscene fashion in a South Park episode, they still have a number of other modes of speech apart from a corporation that interested primarily in increasing their bottom line. There's that thing called the internet, for one. You know if they put their "message" online (an episode of SP), the servers where it was held would have been crashed due to the amount of web traffic.
