This is a serious proposal that needs all the US residents attention. Banning natural ways of improving health if not endorsed with FDA approval? If the FDA gets this approved then we are all in for some real trouble. With a health care crisis going on where many cannot afford or get medical treatment, natural remedies, vitamins, etc are all we can rely on.
I suppose this is one way for the FDA to get more business for drug companies. After all, the FDA is not a governmental agency. It is run by private companies, needless to say, companies with great interest in promoting their drug sales. And why would politicians not approve this? Many politicians hold stocks in these very companies.
