It's about time someone spoke out for these people. For some the "illegal documents" were secured through the supervisors for the company. This makes no sense as to the rush on the prosecution and imprisonment before deportation. There is much about this case that should be questioned more in depth.
I am glad to know that the Postville residents are rallying around the workers, helping to see that the families' needs are being met while this whole mess is being sorted through.
They were people doing what they had to do to support their families. Why is that such a crime?
