From the page: "Congress: Flip the Switch! Bring America's New Energy Future to Life
This fall, Congress can make real progress putting America on the path to energy independence, constructing a clean energy future, and cutting global-warming gases.
All the pieces are there. Congress just needs to flip the switch and pass a final energy bill that combines the best of the House and Senate energy bills -- one that raises fuel-economy standards to 35 miles per gallon and requires that 15 percent of our electricity be generated by wind, solar, or other renewable power.
But Congress won't flip the switch, stand up to Big Energy, or seize this opportunity to make real progress -- unless we push them."
