This article stinks to high heaven. It's very misleading. Some companies are not profitable during certain years and may pay no income tax. $2.5 trillion in sales over 7 years? That's only about 3% of the GDP in that period. Did an editor actually read this and consider anything but grammar?

This article is a glittering gem of progressive ignorance. It offers no sympathies for the deceased while quoting other "progressive" opinions as truth in support of their bigoted remarks. The author and commenters make absolutely deplorable comments on Paul Tibbets, may he rest in peace.

War is inherently selfish. You don't win them by being kind to the enemy.

This is a really dumb way to argue any point.

Here I will make the following conjecture and use the logic from the video to make a point about how dumb this video really is:
*Getting out of bed is a bad idea*

This is either False or True and I have two choices: I get up or I sleep.

IF FALSE:
I get up. I live and go about my day like normal :)
I sleep. I waste a day and don't make any money.

IF TRUE:
I get up. I die a violent, shameful death.
I sleep. I live :)

So according to the logic in this video, every one of us shouldn't get out of bed because dieing is certainly much worse than wasting a day in bed.

You could use this argument for spirituality (example: Does God exist? If so, what should you do about it?). Anyone that chooses to argue this way is only attempting to remove your liberty to choose by using fear to scare you into submission....in this case, a Global Warming advocate scaring you into accepting restrictive socialist policies.
