We disagree with Perez Hilton, we don't think Frances Bean Cobain looks like Kelly Osbourne. Today Miss Bean is working our favorite look. Everybody should have a look-a-like pup. They look so efffing cute together, I am running to the dog pound this afternoon to adopt my own little bundle of unconditional love.

Once we saw this photo, we had to run the story. The image looks like a movie still from a summer blockbuster. Lindsay Lohan, her sister Ali, and two male pals went to the Mott Corner Diner on Kenmare Street to get a cup of ice. Lindsay forgets her phone on the counter (note: why do celebrities always lose their cell phones?) and when she goes back, the clerk refuses to give it to her. Police were called and Lindsay finally got her phone back. No punches or tantrums were thrown. Just a lot of dialing, calling, and texting based on this photo that was taken at the scene.

Hell has frozen over and we are actually enjoying it - in a good way! First we discovered this week that Anna Wintour will be going to Macy's...in Queens.... (gasp!)... to sign t-shirts for Fashion's Night Out. Now we find out there is more to watch than just Mad Men this Sunday night. Andre Leon will also hit our flat screens as a judge for the Miss Universe pageant at 9 PM. Both instances would have been unbelievable a year ago. It is almost like the Queen of England has decided to take us all to McDonald's for lunch - it is shocking, but also a real treat. I do not plan on missing either event.

Project Runway took to the streets of NYC today to remind people that the show is on Lifetime and if you have Time Warner Cable in NYC, it is on channel 62. Well, I am totally screwed here. I just got Verizon FiOS which I love- but I don't have a clue where Lifetime lives on the dial. And what about all the folks out there who have a dish? Anyway, if you have Time Warner Cable you know where to go, catch Project Runway's first season tomorrow night at 10 PM EST. The rest of us will have to just figure it out.

One of our favorite brick and mortar sales is BACK! Starting at 8:00 AM this morning the Barneys Warehouse Sale in NYC will commence. Bring your sense of humor and a bike helmet- when the pickings are this good, it can get rough.

Just like the Valentino documentary the "Last Emperor", "The September Issue" had its NYC premiere at the MoMA Museum. Sienna Miller who was wearing an ill fitting dress (why Sienna, why?) arrived with Anna Wintour. Renee Zellweger continues to dazzle us this week by looking very leggy in a spicy orange number. The flick, which is about Anna Wintour and the making of the largest issue to date of Vogue Magazine officially opens August 28th in NYC and everywhere else on September 11th.

Hard times appear to be hitting celebs too. Ashton Kutcher's restaurant "Dolce" has closed down in Hollywood. The actor is a partner in the "Dolce Group" which owns many dining establishments in the Los Angeles area. Let's just hope the new restaurant, "Phillipe" that is taking over the Dolce space has better luck.
