Ubuntu has become the most popular Linux distribution for new Linux users. It's easy to install, easy to use, and usually "just works." But moving to a different operating system can be confusing, no matter how well-designed it is.
Here's a list of tips that might save you some time while you're getting used to Ubuntu.

Gnash, the free software Flash player, has released its first beta. The new release is a milestone for both the project and the GNU/Linux desktop, which remains dependent on the proprietary Adobe player for handling Flash files (.swf). Although Flash support is not complete in version 0.8.2, Gnash has now reached the point where it is usable for the most common everyday purposes, such as watching videos on YouTube -- a point that Gnash was exaggeratedly reported as having reached last June. However, in many other ordinary circumstances, Gnash's success remains hit or miss.

BuffaloLinux is a Slackware based distribution. Additionally, it supports both 'rpm' and 'deb' packages through its install and upgrade scripts ('buff', 'Buff', 'sudobuff' and 'sudoBuff').
The default window manager is ICEWM, but BlackBox, FluxBox, XFCE4, and WindowMaker also come pre-installed. Integrated versions of both GNOME and KDE are available on the Buffalo-Extras CD.

BU Linux is based on Fedora Core Linux, but specifically tailored for the BU environment. We've added security updates, made modifications to make software work better with the way things are set up here, and added some applications that we think you might like to have.

Va però ricordato che anticamente faceva parte della cucina abruzzese, poiché in passato Amatrice faceva parte della provincia dell'Aquila prima di passare a quella attuale.

Mythbuntu is an Ubuntu-based distribution and live CD focused upon setting up a standalone MythTV system similar to KnoppMyth or Mythdora. It can be used to install a standalone frontend, backend, or combination machines. Mythbuntu uses Xfce as its default desktop and provides a graphical Control Centre to configure the system.
