Vegan over half my natural life, longer than most humans have been alive. I believe that all of us should be 'making connections for plant-based diets'. I firmly believe that my becoming vegan is a gift, one that is very good for me and for others, and it's cleared my mind about what it means to be a good person, since we cannot do good while we're so insistently and persistently continuing to harm to so many (when we were eating meat and animal products -- so harmful to animals, human health, and our ecosystem).
