Gruppens medlemmar är Gonza Blatteskånska , Juan Havana , och DJ Lucutz . The members of the group is Gonza Blatte Scanian, Juan Havana, and DJ Lucutz. På albumet Utskrivna medverkar även Rock-A-Spot och den numer avlidne Chafic Mourtada vars öde behandlas i doukumentären Gå Loss från 2004. On the album printed also involved Rock-A-Spot and the now deceased Chafic Mourtada whose fate is dealt with in doukumentären Return Loss from 2004.
Samtliga av gruppens nuvarande medlemmar är ursprungligen från Latinamerika. All of the group's current members are originally from Latin America. Två av bandets medlemmar (Gonza och Lucutz) är uppvuxna i Lindängen och en (Juan Havana) är uppvuxen i Kroksbäck i Malmö. Two of the band members (Gonza and Lucutz) are bred in Lindängen and (Juan Havana) is raised in Kroksbäck in Malmö. De sjunger på svenska, engelska eller spanska. They sing in Swedish, English or Spanish. Gruppen bildades 1998 men slog igenom 2000 i Sverige. The group was formed in 1998 but had in 2000 in Sweden.
2003 släppte de sin debutskiva Utskrivna , som blev en stor hit. In 2003 they released their debut album transcript, which became a big hit. De ansågs då vara "Sveriges bästa Hip-hop just nu" enligt Aftonbladets recensent. 2006 kom uppföljaren Aposteln som följdes av flertalet spelningar runt om i Sverige. They were considered to be 'Sweden's best Hip-hop right now "according to Aftonbladet's reviewer. 2006 came sequel apostle, followed by the majority of gigs around Sweden.
Advance Patrol medverkade 2004 i dokumentärfilmen Gå Loss . Advance Patrol participated in 2004 in the documentary film Return Loss.
Gruppen är känd för att vara starkt samhällskritisk och för att ta avstånd från rasism och diskriminering. The group is known to be strongly critical of society and to distance themselves from racism and discrimination.
Under 2008 har gruppen mer och mer inriktad sig på att rappa på modersmålet spanska. In 2008, the group has increasingly focused on rapping in the mother tongue, Spanish. Flera nya låtar finns att betrakta på gruppens myspace-sida. Several new songs are to be considered at the group's myspace page.
Maj 2009 lanserade [1] gruppen albumet El Futuro på The Pirate Bay . May 2009 launched [1] group album El Futuro on The Pirate Bay. Gonza förklarade till DN.se att "vi vill nå ut i världen och The Pirate Bay gav oss möjligheten att sätta oss på startsidan som når miljontals människor över hela jorden. Vi har försökt på andra sätt, men som det ser ut är det väldigt svårt" [2] Gonza explained to DN.se that "we want to reach out into the world and The Pirate Bay gave us the opportunity to put us on the homepage, which reaches millions of people across the globe. We have tried in other ways, but it looks like it is very difficult "[2]
