I like the fact that Play do free delivery on their products.They have a great range of dvds, games and books to choose from.However there are some things about Play that aren't so good.One of these is that they can be very slow delivering.
The other thing is that having not recieved my dvd after several weeks i rang up and spoke to a little oik who can't have been above school age. I managed just about to understand what he was saying (amid the grunts)
It would have been nice to have had someone on the telephone who i didn't have to repeat myself to until i was blue in the face and who could actually hold a conversation and talk properly without him going 'uuuuhhhh?' every 2 seconds.
