Three reasons why I will never approve of this site and its services. 1)False advertising as they did not put any restrictions about their free shipping on their website, print material or any other medium they had displayed or sent to me when I had ordered buttons. Meaning they slapped a $20 shipping fee after I had initially paid. 2)Rude customer service when handling the factor of the lack of information presented by their site and company. 3)Poor process when doing my buttons. If I find out that the buttons that are sent to me are saturated like the first proofs they sent me I will be very displeased on top of everything that has happened so far.
Most displeasing experience I have had to deal with for any vendor on the net so far.
