Twitter Moms is an amazingly fast growing community that consists of moms who use Twitter. It is a very warm and friendly community site where moms gather together to talk about their day to day lives and share things with others in the the community.

The site is very warn and has a very easy to navigate design to it. I was quickly able to identify the purpose of the site and also see that it was very popular. If you are a mom and you also use Twitter, you then also share a common interst with others moms on the Internet and can easily make tons of new friends.

This is a pretty cool plugin that allows you to add a button on your sidebar that displays the number of people who follow you on Twitter. It looks very similar to the FeedBurner subscriber count button.
