"And then there are those men who know that they are doing something wrong, but they are too mired in denial and immorality to care. I've seen those men everywhere. Watch them do something wrong in public, say, drive a car the wrong way on the road, take a bribe, kick a dog, or hit a child. You'll see a smile on their faces, a perverse kind of pleasure in doing wrong and getting away with it either because there's nobody to stop them or the person they're wronging is too small or disempowered to fight back. These men do not listen to their conscience and become habituated to bad behaviour. And it is this same pleasure principle that kicks in when `taking care' of a disobedient woman; the self-righteousness and satisfaction of having dominated another person and bending her to his will.
Having control over a woman is a powerful drug, one to which most Pakistani men are severely addicted."
Sounds like every other politician in Asia.
