Hi there my name is Jamie, my friends call me Jay and I have always secretly wanted to be called James.
I am a senior team leader / fund raiser working for Shelter a homeless charity in the U.K (http://www.shelter.org.uk)
I love stumbleupon and am learning about the internet and web design. I think there is a great potential for fundrasing via the internet and learning about the wonderful work of charities accross the world.
I have set up a site at http://searching4shelter.com which uses a search box installed on it from http://www.everyclick.com which raises money for various charities through search queries and shopping and donations with fund raising pages from the public. So far ｣167 has been raised by searches. The more people who give the site a thumbs up the more people who might search it and the more money raised.
The money is paid monthly from everyclick to shelter's bank account.
As for the profile pic? I carry it with me to remind me it's always sunny somewhere!
