There is a lot of controversy in this city about the Human Rights Museum currently under construction here. I'm one of the people who has previously questioned whether we should be spending money on this and whether it will be a real draw for tourists or students of peace and human rights. This article has now provided me with an explanation of the overall larger vision that this museum is just a part of and why Winnipeg is the right place for this museum to be built.
