Sea History is the American website and quarterly magazine of the National Maritime Historical Society. The NMHS is located on the east side of the Hudson River at Peekskill, New York. The NMHS founded in 1963 is, a non profit organization aiming to raise awareness of America's maritime heritage and to ensure the preservation of historic ships.
