    The "Blog" of "Unnecessary" Quotation Marks is a fun read for those who despair at slovenly syntax. Another amusing site for lovers of grammatical correctness is Apostrophe Abuse.

    My own particular bugbear is when the word 'I' isn't capitalised and I blame this entirely on SMS language creeping into everyday use. And whilst I'm certainly not perfect (as anyone who reads these pages will know!), I do try very hard to communicate correctly. In fact I think I'm one of the very few people left who still writes texts with every word spelled out completely! :o)
