Better than Marginal Revolution because you don't have to wade through Tyler Cowen's travel stories and restaurant tips to make it to the stuff you really care about. Bryan Caplan is geek-acculturated and anarcho-capitalist leaning. He's the author of the anti-democratic (small 'd') book, _The Myth of the Rational Voter_. Arnold Kling is more conservative than Bryan, but would still be viewed as a radical libertarian by most Americans. He's good at explaining complex topics and frequently provides useful insights. Both authors put economics before their political inclinations, and are fair to those they disagree with.
