From the page: "Double blackberry ice cream
600 g blackberries (fresh or frozen)
2 egg yolks
200 ml skimmed milk
200 ml double cream
70g icing sugar
2 packages vanilla sugar
Blend the blackberries in a food processor and pass through a sieve to get rid of the seeds.
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until thick and pale.
Add cold milk and blackberries.
Whisk the cream to stiff and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Put the mixture into ice cream machine and follow the instruction.
Transfer the ice cream to a plastic container and store in the freezer for at least half an hour."
