A guy who behaves like that deserves to sit in a cell and wait for a judge's verdict now and then.  He might learn something from the experience.  He should also have medical tests done and sweat out the wait to find out what he caught from her.

The girl and her family should undergo psychological testing.  A girl that age who can pass herself off as an adult so convincingly that the judge bought it, probably has Dissociative Identity Disorder, and really thinks she's 19 half the time.  DID results from childhood sexual abuse, and who ever did that is the one who should be locked up for life.
