We've been paying through the nose to these guys for 11 years, and now that we have a claim, the settlements they're offering won't even finish paying off the wrecked car!
We're disabled and on a fixed income, so we can't afford to accept a settlement that would take the car away from us, and leave us continuing to pay for a car we no longer have!
All that does is blackmail us into refusing their settlements and continue driving around in - and making payments on - a totalled car for two months!
