So RobinEdgar has an opinion or an epiphany or something that matters to him [and remember that when we pay our attention to something, the message is for us] and shares it. Okay. Then someone, acting out of their own story, but under the guise of UU, decides to judge RobinEdgar's story [ie, his own interpretation] and then resorts to labels and shaming devices. Okay.

Although a UU credo is thus: "We jealously guard the right to know, to speak, and to argue freely, according to conscience, within our own church and in society at large. We are opposed to censorship, by church, state, or any other institution. We believe that truth stands the best chance of emerging under conditions of freedom."

So that when unenlightened beings claim enlightenment or having the answers, how can *anyone* freely share their experiences w/o fear of shame or ridicule?

RobinEdgar has and always be a dear friend and one of the qualities I admire is the courage in his coming forth with his experiences.

Why, when a person, seeks truth do some people automatically deduce that the seeker has a "chip on their shoulder"? Some people would rather live a lie [ego] than to have it threatened with an open mind [spirit]. Whatever label this man calls himself [agnostic]...as long as he is searching - and I believe that he is - he is doing precisely what Jesus asked. I have a feeling, though, like me, he is renouncing ties to Christianity due to takeover of Christendom by Ego.
