What a beautiful and serene photographic capturing. I love beach scenery and this photo beckons me to come there and be wrapped in tranquility.
I was able to find this lovely piece from HarvestGoddess who said: "arrrgh, it bothers me that the path doesn't line up with the gate. a lot. If it weren't for that I'd like it a lot more." This was what had me go visit the image; the fact something *bothered* her. Truly, I wanted to see if *it* would bother me too. :)
What I find then, is a larger image than what you see on the right hand side of this review. Look and take in its beauty for a few seconds.
Now. What is perplexing is how then other commenters [at the site] talk about loving the "everything in the center" aspect when that is clearly not the case at all! I found this very odd that no one noticed or seemed to notice - or at least comment on HarvestGoddesses similar perspective or of what I noticed.
Look at the clouds and how they are active on the right-hand side of the image. Look at the grassy area in the sand and how on the right-hand side there is more grassy "activity." As well as the sand dune on the right side and also, clearly, the open fence on the right hand side.
The camera is in the center of the walkway and that's it. Like in life, our eye can be on the center, but not necessarily will we be "centered." A lovely photographic metaphor.

amazing. nature is truly amazing. i love how this works. we had some baby birds a couple weeks ago. i "met" them while they were eggs. Then I re-met them when they were blind and keeping their mouths open. then with construction going on, they disappeared in the night. :)
My friends mother said that when they feel threatened, the mama bird will teach them to hop out the nest and to hop to another one. The nest was undisturbed and Mom and Dad had never come back so I know it wasn't trauma. :)
