    the writing.
    "Living Within Samsara"

Anything can be changed with the help of a spiritual solution. My solutions come in many forms but they're all revealed with a spiritual transformation. Living Within Samsara are the writings of my history, my path, and my solutions.

The path we're each on has many challenges and as I navigate mine, I hope to share encouragement to others who may be experiencing similar on theirs. It is my belief that though we do all walk our path alone that we don't have to be alone doing it.

If metaphysical awakenings, spiritual growth, energy, karma, or HSP mean anything to your Spirit, Namaste.

    "The Highly Sensitive Person"

hsp forumI knew I was *odd.* I picked up things others would seem to not notice. Trying to fit in but being unsuccessful, I realized the world was not for me so I chose masks instead and the masks were painful because I knew I wasn't "really like that." After discovering who I really was [what I really was] and coming into acceptance, I have found freedom. Today I wouldn't choose to be normal even if I could.

    Do you feel insignificant?

You know...? I'll have a problem or a few in my life and I feel so overwhelmed. I feel like nothing is manageable and I'll just know the weight of the world is crushing down upon me. My beloved has often relayed that what helps him is to meditate on the smallness of it all...Like he's just a speck of dust, among billions of other specks of dust, on a whirling globe that is tiny compared to other nearby globes, only one of god-only-knows-galaxies in the universe....and this helps him with a perspective. He feels better. As if it's all okay. It's not that important.

I wanted to share that philosophy in case it could help anyone else. It never helps me. But what DOES help me is adopting a "God view" of the situation where I kind of astrally move my body wa-a-a-y out there and can't even see the people on the earth...and then all of a sudden, the fact I got up late, spilled coffee on my blouse, got a speeding ticket, got talked to by my supervisor, etc...NOT so significant. I think it's similar to my grandmother's saying, "Nobody will know the difference in a hundred years." There's wisdom in a grandma.

Thanks for letting me find this Susana-Kay!
