I've designed,repaired, and trained people on the lightwave and microwave telecommunications equipment sold to MCI, Sprint, and Bell Telephone which carries Internet traffic.
With this insight, I ended up owning the second .com network on the Internet in 1995, bistar.com! See whois: bistar.com to confirm. I built it from scratch. The other .com was in Hong Kong. Everything else was .gov and .edu running gopher servers.
Oh well, I guess coming in second is okay. I'm not fast and I'm not slow, I'm just kind of half-fast. ;^)

I like the idea of an online disk, especially one that is encrypted. You can use the online disk from any computer with an Internet connection. It is ideal for those documents you need while you are on the move, those you want to share, or for collaboration. However, it doesn't appear that Wuala is ready yet to take on new accounts. I'm still waiting for my invitation to join.
