Derrick is a 58 year old man from Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa

I live in Port Elizabeth South Africa,we run a mission and ministry to destitute people and work in a poverty sticken township nearby. We work with alcoholics, drug addicts and hiv positive people of which we house 40 men. We also run a creche in the morning with 70 children and aftercare with 50 children and do a lot of assisting to 12 other creches with about 500 children run in the nearby Walmer Township. We also run an Aids Support Group to 30 adults once a week. Once a month we hand out food parcels to the parents of the 290 children that fit our critera of orphan and vunerable children.
