THIS WOULD WORK AS A BRAKE AGAINST THE EXISTING JUGGERNAUT WITH A NONSTOP APPETITE FOR SPREADING DESTRUCTION AND THE DEVICES TO ACHIEVE DESTRUCTION. Meanwhile, back in Guantánamo, a soldier saluted the military defense lawyer representing Salim Hamdan: `Honor Bound, sir!' My colleague saluted back sardonically, `To defend the US Constitution.'
