funny, that system sounds awfully familiar... oh, right, it's exactly what we have had in Canada for years... works fairly well up here. Sure there might be some wait times, but nobody has to decide whether they are worth medical treatment or if they should die with a home or live homeless.

I was a graphic and web designer for six years... I still like playing with photos and making interesting things with them. This is a great resource site with cool tutorials that make it easy to do very cool things with pictures.
