I recently watched the final episode of NBC's "The Chopping Block". I had only flitted upon it once before when the 'Soul' restaurant was shut down. This time, I stayed. Although Anatole and Lisa had far more experience, and by default should have taken the prize. It's important to note that the sisters listened very carefully to Marco, they took his advice to heart, and paid rapt attention. This was the tipping point! Lisa went gangbusters for exotic and difficult dishes in an attempt to wow the food critics - but when you serve undercooked shrimp and you are the one responsible for preparing it - it just shows that you must swallow your pride, and even perhaps your arrogance and take someone else's advice. The two gorgeous California gals did, and they won!
