lists lists lists and more lists. in cases like this, i usually bookmark the interesting content and move on. this page suffers from too-goddamn-long list syndrome. the only article i bothered to click on from the headlines currently appearing on this page is "21 ways websites communicate with visitors" because the topic, websites as a communications medium, is interesting enough to me to wade through a list of 21 things. it's open in a different tab right now, so i don't know if i like it or not. but i DO know that rarely do i bother to thumb up a site that offers nothing but lists pointing to other people's content. its also rare that i bother reading such a list if it involves more than a dozen or so items. give me some original content or at the very least some digestible lists.
