Daniel Kimia, a Great Neck, New York resident, is proud to serve as the President of Whitestone Properties, Inc. In the 20-plus years Daniel Kimia has been with the firm, he has had the opportunity to hone his leadership skills, while developing properties in both the residential and commercial sectors, which has resulted in Whitestone Properties Inc. gaining a tremendous amount of recognition and, consequently, improved real estate deals. Daniel Kimia remains humble about his abilities, but the competent and accomplished leader has undeniably risen to meet countless challenges head-on.
Formally educated at Los Angeles' University of Southern California (USC), Daniel Kimia was an undergraduate Accounting major. After receiving his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in 1982, Mr. Kimia moved to New York City and enrolled at New York University (NYU). At NYU, Daniel worked towards gaining his New York State Real Estate License by completing programs in finance, appraisal, real estate law, and property management. Daniel Kimia acquired his New York State Real Estate License in 1985 and, shortly thereafter, took his current position with Whitestone Properties Inc.
Whitestone Properties Inc. has benefited greatly from Daniel Kimia's addition to the team. The firm currently enjoys a stellar reputation among its peers, and the business has experienced remarkable expansion in several distinct markets. Daniel Kimia balances his professional accomplishments with philanthropy by giving to Habitat for Humanity, the Montefiore Hospital, the Iranian American Jewish Federation, the Schneider Children's Hospital, and Temple Israel.
