I'm Daniel Brenton, a writer and a (brand new) speaker. As with many others, the events of September 11, 2001, made me recognize the power and the necessity of the simple act of choosing to be grateful. For me, personally, the recognition of the profound importance of gratitude has continued to grow. This is perennial wisdom, and yet its timeliness cannot be overstated. If I have a message, this is it.

Visit my blog, The Meaning of Existence (and all that): The Curmudgeon's Guide to Spirituality.

I am also co-author of the space race thriller Red Moon, written with David S. Michaels. Learn more about it at our site Luna 15.

All the best,

Daniel

This is mindless. I'm no Bible-thumper, but this is absurd.

I suspect if there was a Qur'an study group, the fallout would have been very different (I invite you to fill in your own blank there). And a Vedic group or Buddhist Sutra study group? Would anyone have noticed the latter two?

Larry Ketchersid reviews the latest offering in the Percy Jackson series. Larry is an excellent reviewer, in that he gets to the meat of the matter without spoiling it for those of us who would like to try it later.

Another ambitious vision of a city of the future with the carbon footprint of a domestic cat and a couple of mice.
