Look at all the good stuff in liver! The "bad" side, they say, is cholesterol. They fail to mention that liver is also one of the very best sources of lecithin and choline, both of which reduce cholesterol. Same with eggs. High in cholesterol but an excellent source of lecithin and choline. In fact, studies show that eating eggs does NOT increase serum cholesterol. Don't be afraid of cholesterol foods. Nature provides the antidote....as long as you eat them in their original whole, natural form. Processed foods=bad.
